Returns
Halloween Costumes and Costume Accessories purchased between Oct 15 and Oct 31 are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All costume purchases made during this period are final sale.
Lingerie, Hosiery, Swimwear, Face Masks, Clearance Items & items marked Final Sale are final sale. Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of these items, they are ineligible for returns.
Eligible merchandise can be returned to Sexual Tensions for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition in which they were received (unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags & packaging).
We will issue a store credit or refund for eligible returned items, as well as associated state tax. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end.
